my stay at courtyards was great! the location is very close to the mall and restaurants, making it so convenient. the staff was really welcoming, and everything was spotless. i especially enjoyed the fitness center there—it was open 24 hours! also, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.
the hotel is on a one-way street, which made returning a bit tricky.

Recommend it for families with children
I must say the front desk staff were very friendly they even offered me extra bottles of water when I checked in and that’s just plain nice of them The room was clean and comfortable which is key for me and my daughter we need that not just for rest but for peace of mind
It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly but it was acceptable given the service we received

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially its proximity to the New England Sports Center, which made it easy for our family outings. The room was spacious and clean, a perfect fit for us, giving the kids room to play while we relaxed.
My kids wished for a larger pool area for more family activities. It would really help hotels like this cater to families better.

Great Stay with Friendly Staff!
Enjoyed my two-night stay in a lovely King Room. The highlight was breakfast at the on-site café, featuring fresh and delicious options. Staff members were exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome. Pro tip, don't miss the café for a great morning start!

The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms, along with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, there were no breakfast options included in the room rate, and the sofa bed wasn’t made upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing.

Just a solid selection for a mini-break over the weekend in Natick with good value considering the price charged. The front desk staff were nice and helped us get rooms near each other. If you need coffee, the morning restaurant has Starbucks, but it's not like a regular Starbucks place.

missingWrote a review on Jun 27fitness centerconvenient locationdated property
The fitness center features a decent range of equipment, including several treadmills and ellipticals, which kept my workout routine on track. The location offers easy access to major highways and local shops, making it a practical base for travelers.
The property feels dated, with several issues like peeling paint on light fixtures and old faucets in the shower. During my stay, the bed pillows were flat and provided insufficient support, leading to a less comfortable night's sleep. The lack of lunch service, despite what was stated in the room menu, and the strange odor lingering in the room were disappointing aspects. Additionally, some furniture, like the couch, seemed worn and uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall experience.

During my stay, I was welcomed by a friendly staff member who also helped with an early check-in.
